The yarn for our baby blankets is made from 85% cotton and 15% cashmere. It is particularly soft and pleasant on the skin. The yarn becomes fluffier over time as it is washed and worn. Over the last few years we have been able to convince ourselves of the longevity and quality of the yarns. The easy care, washing at 40 degrees on the wool cycle, is also an advantage for hygienic cleaning.

Since we pre-wash the blankets once, the size of the blanket will not change.

The yarn is also Oeko-tex Standard 100, Class 1 certified. This class includes products for babies and toddlers and has the most stringent requirements and limits.

We have our own suggestions for colour combinations for our baby blankets. It is still possible for you to put together your own colour combination. You can find an overview of all colours here.

Remember that high contrast between colours provides the best result for the pattern and the legibility of the name.

Fit

To do this, measure the circumference of your head with a tape measure. Once around the outside, from the height of the middle forehead to the widest part of the back of your head and back.

Sizes:

S: 54-55cm

M: 56-58cm

L: 59-60cm

Are the sleeves too short or too long for you? Or should the cuff be adjusted in length? Since we knit and manufacture all products ourselves in our factory, it is possible to knit the sweater longer or shorter individually.

We charge a surcharge for this, depending on the effort and amount of material.

We recommend washing most products in the machine at 30 degrees on the wool cycle with liquid wool detergent. All products made from cotton with cashmere, especially our baby blankets, can be washed at 40 degrees on the wool cycle. Since our products are pre-washed in the factory, the shape, feel and surface will not change. Hang flat over the drying rack or line to dry.

Since these are very high-quality natural materials, you can, for example, hang your sweater out in the fresh air for a few hours after wearing it several times to save yourself the occasional wash.

The yarns always consist of two different natural materials. Cotton as the main component, mixed with cashmere or silk. The properties of the fibers are combined with each other. Cotton with cashmere feels light, airy and soft and has a more matt look. Cotton with silk is smoother and silkier to the touch and shinier in appearance.

For example, you want the sweater 'BUTTERCUP' in NO.39 light gray (cotton-cashmere) with flowers in NO.08 indigo (cotton-silk)?

You can use both cotton-cashmere and cotton-silk in one product. In this way, the properties of the individual fibers are combined with each other.

This creates a feel that is slightly lighter than pure cotton with cashmere and offers more strength than pure cotton with silk.

All products that are individually designed, knitted and manufactured for you require a production period of around 5-10 working days until dispatch. After receipt of payment, we will get to work as quickly as possible and you will be notified as soon as your order is on its way to you.
